About entering of amendments into the Law "About Prosecutor's Office"

Article 1. Article 36 of the Law of November 17, 2017 No. ZR-198 "About prosecutor's office" (further - the Law) to add with part 7.2 following of content:

"7.2. In three-day time after decision making of the Attorney-General about position assignment of the deputy attorney general on the website of prosecutor's office final part of the advisory proceeding about respectability of nominated person is published. In case of representation by the candidate of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of the candidate these objections are also published.".

Article 2. To add article 42 of the law with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. In three-day time after decision of the Attorney-General about the appointment to the corresponding position according to the procedure established by parts 1-3 of this Article on the website of prosecutor's office final part of the advisory proceeding about respectability of nominated person is published: "In case of representation by the candidate of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of the candidate these objections are also published.".

Article 3.

1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.

2. Provisions of this law extend to the respectability researches conducted on the basis of the questionnaires about respectability provided to the commission on prevention of corruption after the introduction of this law in force.
