About entering of amendments into the Law "About Military Service and the Status of the Serviceman"

Article 1. Article 21 of the Law of November 15, 2017 No. ZR-195 "About military service and the status of the serviceman" (further - the Law) to add with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. The decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, from obligatory military service of ordinary structure exempts the citizen who according to part 8 of article 22 of this law the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia received draft deferment on obligatory military service and according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, satisfied working condition in the Republic of Armenia in the field of established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, at least, for three years after the end of study.".
Article 2. To add article 22 of the law with part 8 of the following content:
"8. The draft deferment on obligatory military service is granted by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia to the academic ratings of the best higher educational institutions of the world of http://www.shanghairanking.com for training in full-time courses in programs of bachelor degree (the certified specialist integrated), magistracy or postgraduate study in the organizations entering the top ten of the general academic list of universities on the website and also for work in the Republic of Armenia in the field of established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, at least, within three years after the end of study. Conditions and procedure for provision of delay are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
