About modification and amendments in the Law "About Phytosanitation"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of June 21, 2014 No. ZR-140 "About phytosanitation" (dalee-Zakon):

1) to state part 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. In the Republic of Armenia production and sale of pesticides and agrochemicals are the types of activity which are subject to licensing according to the law. Procedure for licensing of production and sale of pesticides and agrochemicals, and also forms of licenses affirm the Government. The authorized body exercises control over the implementation of conditions and requirements of the license for production and sale of pesticides and agrochemicals.";

To add 2) with part 1.2 following of content:

"1.2. The authorized body developing policy establishes action plans and rules of proper agricultural practice for the zones sensitive to nitrates.".

Article 2. Regarding 3rd article 12 of the Law of the word "authorized body" shall be replaced with words "the authorized body developing policy".

Article 3. State Chapter 6 of the law in the following edition:

"CHAPTER 6. DISINFECTING AND DESTRUCTION OF THE GOODS WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO PHYTOSANITARY CONTROL
