About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. In article 19 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law):
1. add with Section 6.1 of the following content:
"6.1 AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

6.1.1. for veterinary pharmaceutical activities: |
in 40-fold annual size of basic duty"; |

2) "18." To add other fields of activity with subitems 18.18.1-18.18.4 of the following content: | |

"18.18.1. For licensing for implementation of activities for disinfecting of the goods which are subject to phytosanitary control (with effective period of 5 years) |
in 30-fold size of basic duty |
|
18.18.2. For prolongation of effective period of the license specified in subitem 18.18. 1, or renewals of the license (with effective period of 5 years) |
in 20-fold size of basic duty |
|
18.18.3. For production of pesticides or agrochemicals - from physical persons - annually |
in 40-fold size of basic duty |
|
from legal persons - annually |
in 60-fold size of basic duty |
|
18.18.4. For sale of pesticides or agrochemicals from physical persons - annually |
in 30-fold size of basic duty |
|
from legal persons - annually |
in 30-fold size of basic duty". |
Article 2. To declare Item 21 of part 1 of article 20.1 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
