The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with initiative of Ukrainian Railroad joint-stock company "3000 kilometers across Ukraine" (further - the Initiative) supported by the Ministry of development of communities and territories, about introduction in the conditions of warlike situation of free pass of citizens of Ukraine by rail in the internal message in passenger railway rolling stock of the specified society within annual limit of 3000 kilometers on one person during the off-peak periods in accordance with the terms, specified in Item 2 of this resolution, with establishment for citizens of Ukraine within such annual limit of cost of the ticket and reserved seat in the amount of 0 hryvnias 0 kopeks (without use cost in the car set of bedding and other services provided by Ukrainian Railroad joint-stock company).

2. Take into consideration that the Initiative is implemented:

1) during the period from the date of entry into force of this resolution and till December 23, 2026 in two stages:

at the first stage (from the date of entry into force of this resolution and until implementation of actions in the field of the passenger traffic by railway transport specified in the subitem 4 presents of Item) by transportations in the directions determined by joint-stock company "Ukrainian Railroad" (further - society), in particular fighting or temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation, the development of communities and the territories approved by the Ministry (was conducted) with the separate stations of origin or arrival located in the territories of possible fighting, the territories of active fighting or the territories of active fighting in which the state electronic information resources function of the territories included in the list in which are conducted;
