Approve the enclosed Rules of use of technical means, programs for electronic computers and databases, access to which is provided with use of information and telecommunication networks, for ensuring creation and operation of the state information systems, other information systems of the state bodies provided by part 1.1 of article 13 of the Federal law "About Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.
