About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Social Support"

Article 1. State the subitem of "kb" of Item 8 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of October 24, 2024 to No. ZR-414 "About social support" in the following edition:
"kb. in connection with the situation described in Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law "About Persons, Missing Persons in the Conditions and Circumstances Created as a result of Military Operations" or circumstance of loss of the family member as a result of emergency state, capture or death (death) of the family member as a result of warlike or emergency state;".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
