About modification and amendments in the Law "About compulsory liability insurance, following from
uses of vehicles"

Article 1. In item 4 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of May 18, 2010 No. ZR-63 "About compulsory liability insurance, following from use of vehicles" (further - the Law) to replace the word "mototsikleta" with the word "motorcycles", and the same Item after the word "trolleybuses" to add with words ", mopeds, tricycles, kvadritsikla".
Article 2. State Item 1 of part 2 of article 25 of the law in the following edition:
"1) vehicles, the maximum engine displacement and the maximum speed which they gathered or the maximum engine capacity and the maximum speed which they gathered do not exceed the limit provided for state registration according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 3. This law becomes effective in month after official publication.
