About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 5.1 of Article 27 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the code) in the following edition:

"5.1. In case of change of structure of court or structure of judicial authority the court along with acceptance of case (appeal) takes cognizance of the decision on continuation of consideration of the case (appeal) from the moment of its interruption, and in case of completion of legal proceedings in Trial Court - about its renewal from the moment of legal proceedings, except as specified, when it is necessary to begin consideration of the case (appeals) from the very beginning. The court can change the decision if person participating in case submits the motivated petition for it within two weeks after decision making by court.".

Article 2. In article 29 of the Code:
