About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 12 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the code) to add with parts 2.1-2.6 following of content:
"2.1. Consideration of the case in administrative court and consideration of the claim in Appeal Court is conducted in not changed structure of court, except as specified, provided by this Code. in case of change of structure or structure of administrative court, and also in case of change of the judge presiding as a part of Appeal Court the decree on acceptance of case to production is issued.
2.2. In case of change of structure of Administrative court or change of list of judges, and also in case of change of the chief judge of list of lord justices of appeal, the court along with acceptance of case (appeal) takes cognizance of the decision on continuation of consideration of the case (appeal) from the moment of its interruption, and in case of its completion - about consideration renewal, except as specified, when it is necessary to begin consideration of the case (appeals) from the very beginning. The administrative court can change the decision if the participant of trial provides the motivated petition for it within two weeks after decision making by administrative court.
2.3. If legal investigation (petition for appeal) continues from the moment of break according to the procedure, provided by this Article, but the remaining period established by this Code for consideration of the case (petition for appeal) constitutes less than one month, then this term is prolonged for one month and if the term provided for consideration of this case (petition for appeal) constitutes one month or less than one month, then for consideration of this case (petition for appeal) - the term provided by this Code.
