Article 1. No. ZR-134 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 with Item 36 of the following content:

"36) the one-time plastic products products fully or partially made of plastic which are not intended are not intended or are not on sale for reuse during their lifecycle, and also are not intended for return to the producer and reuse with the same purpose for which they were made.".

Article 2. State part 2.1 of article 9 of the law in the following edition:

"2.1. In shopping facilities, objects of public catering, places of implementation of trade, portable outlets, fairs (opening days), exhibitions sales, by means of retail trade, and also when implementing trade in the open air when implementing retail trade it is forbidden:

1) availability or utilization of plastic bags and packets (except for the packets used for weighing, and also the packets made of the secondary raw materials intended for garbage);

2) availability or utilization one-time plastic (including made of polyfoam) food containers (except for the plastic containers with cover used for weighing), plates, glasses, covers from glasses, spoons, forks, knives, sticks for drink or mixing.".

Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
