1. Under Article 14:

"14.2-2. If within fiscal year the new insured person paying insurance premiums for the insured persons specified in article 2-1.1 of this Law is created, then the insurance premiums calculated in proportion to time which remained until the end of the corresponding fiscal year and also the insurance premiums counted according to article 14.3 of this Law concerning the insured persons specified in article 2-1.1 of this Law shall be paid within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of emergence of the circumstance which is the basis for calculation".
