2) the anti-corruption komplayens-service or the responsible person performing functions of anti-corruption komplayens-service perform the powers irrespective of executive body, officials of the state company on the right of economic maintaining with the supervisory board, are accountable to the supervisory board and are independent in case of ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption.
