For the purpose of increase in attractiveness of Uzbekistan as the platform of holding large international concert and spectacular actions, I decide expansions of export of cultural products and services, enhancement of system of the organization of cultural projects, and also further increase in prestige of the International musical festival "Shark of Taronalara":

I. Enhancement of system of the organization of cultural actions

1. Form Public institution "National operator of cultural projects" (further - the National operator) under Fund of cultural development and art (further - Fund) based on Public institution "Directorate of the international festivals" under the Ministry of Culture with preserving the operating procedure for financing.

2. Approve:

(a) The main objectives and the rights of Public institution "National operator of cultural projects" according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) Sources of financing of activities of Public institution "National operator of cultural projects" according to appendix No. 2*.

3. Determine that within preparation and holding cultural actions of the international and republican level the following privileges and preferences are provided to the National operator:

(a) free use by services in ensuring public order, emergency medical service and traffic police;

(b) release for a period of up to January 1, 2030 from the customs duty of the equipment, scenic and technical means, details, musical instruments, information promotional materials, LED screens, drones and other material values imported into the Republic of Uzbekistan within the cultural events held by the National operator. At the same time:

(i) the privileges provided by this subitem are provided according to the procedure of exception according to the list approved by the National operator;
