1. Item 15 of the Procedure for application of exemption of customs duties when importing separate types of goods to single customs area of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of July 15, 2011 No. 728, to state in the following edition:

"15. Concerning the goods which are not specified in this Procedure and exempted from import customs duty according to Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, determination of additional procedure for application of such release it is not required.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
