About some questions of realization of the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of realization of Items 3 and 4 of Article 4, of Items 3, 5, of Item 1 of Article 7, of Item 2 of Article 9, of Items 1 and 2 of article 11 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 (further - the Agreement) Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED: the 4 and 6 Articles

1. Determine that:

1) data on the goods which are subject to traceability, actually being on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) on the date of entry into force of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission on approval of the inventory concerning which traceability (further - the list), or about modification of the list is performed and about the transactions connected with turnover of such goods are subject to inclusion in national systems of traceability of state members of the Union (further respectively - national systems of traceability, state members) within 1 month from the date of the introduction of such decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission in force.

The specified data are represented by persons of the state members which are performing turnover of goods, subject to traceability to the public authorities or the organizations of state members determined according to the subitem 2 of Item 1 of article 13 of the Agreement (further - public authorities (organizations) of state members), in electronic form before implementation of the transactions connected with turnover of such goods, but no later than the term specified in paragraph one of this subitem.
