About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning the cocoa powder intended for industrial conversion

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.94 of the following content:

"7.1.94. The cocoa powder classified by code 1805 00 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU, intended for industrial conversion, imported into the Republic of Armenia of no more than 300 tons to the Republic of Belarus of no more than 1 500 tons and to the Kyrgyz Republic of no more than 300 tons.

The specified tariff privilege is provided in the presence of the document issued by authorized body of the executive authority of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus or the Kyrgyz Republic respectively, confirming purpose of goods according to paragraph one of this subitem and containing data on quantity and cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing its import.
