About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2025 No. 819

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2025 No. 819 "About approval of Rules of marking by means of identification of separate types of goods for the children and features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning separate types of goods for children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 22, the Art. 2927).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2025 No. 819

1. In Item 3:

a) state the subitem "b" in the following edition:

"b) the participants of turnover of goods performing turnover and (or) conclusion from turnover of goods (as in case of conclusion from turnover of goods when implementing calculations using the control and cash equipment, and different ways), represent to information system of monitoring of the data on turnover and about conclusion from turnover of goods according to the Rules approved by this resolution since March 1, 2027;";

b) in the subitem "g" of the word "August 31, 2026." shall be replaced with words "on February 28, 2027".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 7 of the word "August 31, 2026." shall be replaced with words "on February 28, 2027".

3. In Rules of marking by means of identification of separate types of goods for the children approved by the specified resolution paragraph one of Item 90 to state in the following edition:
