About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2025, No. 67, the Art. 4631, No. 75, the Art. 5136, No. 97, the Art. 6788), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. § 28-4 after paragraph two to add Item 1 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of submitting for examination of the Cabinet of Ministers of the draft of the act according to item 4 § 40 these Regulations on which decision is made at meeting of government committee which is not executed by the chief developer or is executed partially the draft of such act is repeatedly submitted for consideration of government committee.".
