Join the Convention of the United Nations on the international voluntary settlements reached as a result of mediation (New York, on December 20, 2018), with the following clauses:
1) according to the subitem "an" of Item 1 of article 8 of this Convention the Republic of Uzbekistan does not apply this Convention to voluntary settlements, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Uzbekistan or any government institution, or any person acting on behalf of government institution;
2) according to the subitem "b" of Item 1 of article 8 of this Convention the Republic of Uzbekistan applies this Convention only if the parties of the voluntary settlement agreed about application of this Convention to the relations between them.
