According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union", and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the specified Agreement, I ORDER:

1. Impose till December 31, 2026 inclusive import ban on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan all modes of transport of the apples classified in goods subline item 0808 10 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union from the third countries and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for:

1) transportations of apples by en route through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including their movement from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided that the destination of goods is not the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the apples placed under customs procedure of export in the state of departure about day of enforcement of this order, on condition of submission of the export declaration on goods, and also the transport documents confirming departure of the specified goods about day of enforcement of this order, and in cases of transportation of goods under customs procedure of customs transit - the transit declaration;
