Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the program of reimbursation of medicines of change which are applied.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines and medical products according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 67, Art. 4230; 2023, No. 32, Art. 1718, No. 65, Art. 3698; 2026, No. 34, Art. 2311):
1) according to the procedure of limiting calculation of wholesale selling prices on medicines and medical products, approved by the specified resolution:
in item 4:
the second offer of paragraph two to exclude;
add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
"If the limiting list of wholesale selling prices on medicines existing for date of updating does not contain such price, limiting is wholesale - selling price of dosage form of medicine (for medicines of insulin or the combined medicinal means primary packages of medicine of insulin or the combined medicine) is determined at the level of the lowest declared extreme wholesale selling price of the corresponding medicine containing in the National price catalog taking into account unit of calculation of the corresponding medicine determined by this Procedure.
