1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 10, 2023 No. 880 "About recognition voided some decisions of State commission on securities and the stock market and the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 25, 2023 for No. 1492/40548, the following changes:

in paragraph four of Item 1 of figure "2021" to replace with figures "2012";

put down numbering of page 2.

2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market (Kurochkina I.) provide:

submission of this decision for conducting examination on compliance of the Convention on human rights protection and fundamental freedoms in the Secretariat of the Representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Shlyakhov Ya.
