For the purpose of non-admission of origin and spread of infectious diseases, diseases, general for animals and the person, mass food poisonings, ensuring food safety, veterinary and sanitary wellbeing and protection of life and health of the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 66, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of March 14, 2026 No. 113 the following change:
- add Item 1 with the subitem 11 of the following content:
"11) authorized body in the field of veterinary, phytosanitary and food safety behind quarantine products and quarantinable objects.".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
