About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine and recognition voided some Orders

According to the Law of Ukraine "About media", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 13, 2014 No. 341, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of February 24, 2012 No. 49 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out competitive candidate screen on purpose of the state grants for outstanding figures of the information sphere", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 16, 2012 at No. 412/20725, the following changes:

1) in Item 2:

word in paragraph one "Department of personnel work and public service (Trizhichissky I. M.)" shall be replaced with words to "Management of information policy";

word in paragraph three "Department (Bartosz N. V.)" to replace with the word "management";

add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"provide preparation of drafts of presidential decrees of Ukraine about purpose of the state grants for outstanding figures of the information sphere.";

Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Provide to legal department support of drafts of Presidential decrees of Ukraine about purpose of the state grants for outstanding figures of the information sphere.";
