"Information in the register of emissions and transfer of pollutants is provided by operators by means of filling of form of the reporting in the digital system "National Bank of Data on State of Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and signings of this form with the digital signature of person authorized by the relevant operator on representation from his name of information in the Register of emissions and transfer of pollutants.";
third Item 20 to state the paragraph in following editions:
"submission of information on the written request within fifteen calendar days from the date of receipt to the owner of information;".
2. To provide to department of ecological culture and policy of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after official publication;
