These certified requirements to operators of civil aircrafts (further - Certified requirements) are developed according to subitem 41-56) of Item 1 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft" (further - the Law).";
2, 3 and 4 to state Items in the following edition:
"2. Certified requirements establish requirements to operators of the civil aircrafts (further - AF) which are carrying out airborne transportations, aviation works.
In case of certified inspection the applicant will show capability and means, and also the financial and economic provision and legal capacity necessary for accomplishment of the declared type of activity.
The operator of civil AF begins accomplishment of commercial air transportations or aviation works after compliance to requirements of Certified requirements.
The operator of civil AF develops politicians and procedures for the third parties performing works from his name.
3. The operator of civil AF answers the following minimum conditions:
