About approval of quota for labor migration on industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007

The Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve quota for the labor migration determining limiting number of the foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of labor activity by industries of economy and regions of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007 according to appendix.

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- issue of work permits for foreign workers and entrepreneurs to perform according to appendix to this resolution;

- consider question of value addition of patents for foreign individual entrepreneurs to 100 thousand som a month;

- in case of determination of quota for attraction of labor power at the companies to provide attraction for work at least 80 percent of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To grant to the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment the right to redistribution of quota between industries of economy and regions within 20 percent of the approved quota on the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Charge to Committee on international policy (Abdyldayev N. T.), to Committee on work and migration policy (Ormonov U. Z.), to Committee on law and order and fight against corruption (Korkmazov H. Z.) to both Committee on defense and security (Tagayev R. B.) of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to consider question of streamlining of issue and prolongation of visas with restriction of effective period of ordinary visas and the right of single prolongation.
