In our country system measures for creation of more favorable conditions for free implementation of activities by entrepreneurs, to reduction of field of archiving in compliance with modern requirements, and also to widespread introduction of digital technologies to this area are performed.

Along with it it is necessary to specify legal relationship in the field of archiving, and also to facilitate access to the market of subjects of entrepreneurship on the licensed types of activity and types of activity (actions) which implementation requires receipt of the document of allowing nature.

This Law makes changes and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About archiving", the specifying powers of authorized state bodies in the field of archiving, rules of creation of non-state archives and electronic archives, and also terms of temporary storage of archive documents in departmental archives.

Also the addition creating for subjects of entrepreneurship opportunity to be engaged in activities (actions) which implementation requires the license or the document of allowing nature, without receipt of the license or the document of allowing nature within three months within the special mode "Entrance to Business without License" is made to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing, allowing and notifying procedures".

This Law will serve broader involvement of citizens to the sphere of entrepreneurship, to further strengthening of the legal basis of archiving.
