Make change to form of the certificate of the submitted declaration on property condition and the income (about payment or lack of the tax liabilities) approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 13, 2017 No. 568, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2017 at No. 839/30707, by statement note "*" in the following edition:

"*Для the taxpayers determined by Item 179.3 of Article 179 of the Section IV of the Tax code of Ukraine, this Reference is issued in case of absence of debt on the tax discharge on the income of physical persons and military collection, and also on condition of lack of the pending obligations determined according to Article 39-2 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine.".
