I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2015 No. 280 "About approval of Rules of stock exchange trading" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10993) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of stock exchange trading approved by the specified order:

add Item 19 with subitem 2-1) of the following content:

"2-1) in case of factual determination of violation by the member of commodity exchange of the requirements established by Chapter 9 of these rules, in case of application of the automated algorithms in the course of participation in the exchange biddings;";

add Item 21 with subitem 5-1) of the following content:

"5-1) in case of repeated factual determination of violation by the member of commodity exchange of the requirements established by Chapter 9 of these rules, in case of application of the automated algorithms in the course of participation in the exchange biddings after renewal of accreditation according to subitem 1-1) of Item 20 of these rules;";

add Item 57 with subitem 5-2) of the following content:
