The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with the following changes):
Item 3 of Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. Operation of this Law does not extend to the foreigners and persons without citizenship passing military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, National guard of Ukraine except the provisions concerning cash cover, provision of leaves by the serviceman, the legal and social guarantees established for the military personnel by article 11 of this Law regarding receipt of the medical services connected with ensuring realization of their right to biological paternity (motherhood), ensuring rehabilitation with supportive applications, the medical attendance, rehabilitation improved by food during treatment and rehabilitation at the expense of means of the government budget.";
