According to Article 98 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that for the purpose of representation of documentary confirmation of the actual commodity exportation, moved through customs border with use of pipeline transport, the carrier monthly to the 30th following after month during which movement of such goods was made shall provide to the customs authority which granted the certificate on goods placement under the customs regime allowing commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of the Republic of Belarus, the report on goods quantity, accepted by carrier to movement on customs area of the Republic of Belarus and actually exported out of its limits (daleeotcht), in form according to appendix to this resolution, and concerning oil and oil products the carrier in addition shall provide drawn up in accordance with the established procedure:

the certified registers of oil delivery and acceptance acts or oil products in import/export Item;

the certificate of losses of oil or oil products for the accounting period in accordance with the terms of transportation agreements of oil or oil products;

the oils this about quantity or oil products accepted to transportation, but which are not handed over at the end of route.

2. The report is registered the official of customs authority in the magazine of registration of the reports on goods quantity accepted by carrier to movement on customs area of the Republic of Belarus and actually exported out of its limits.
