number of registration of the owner of customs warehouse in the register of owners of customs warehouses on customs warehouse on which goods will be stored;

the written confirmation of readiness of the warehouse keeper to accept the goods placed under customs regime of customs warehouse on storage from certain calendar date;

names and goods quantity, placed under customs regime of customs warehouse and accepted on storage;
