I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2017 No. 324 "About approval of Rules of medical examination and survey in civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15325) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of medical examination and survey in civil aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
add with Items 51-1 and 51-2 of the following content:
"51-1. The authorized organization suspends the medical certificate in the following cases:
1) violation by the owner of the medical certificate of requirements of Items 27 and 28 of these rules;
2) identifications of concealment by the owner of the medical certificate of information on availability at it of the diseases known to it and constituting danger to implementation of professional activity during passing of medical examination, medical examination and to the period between medical surveys;
3) the owner of the medical certificate did not fulfill the requirement of the restrictions set by the medical certificate;
4) according to the statement of the owner of the medical certificate.
During suspension of action of the medical certificate its owner is not allowed to accomplishment of the functions requiring availability of the existing medical certificate.
The decision on suspension of action of the medical certificate is drawn up by the order of the head of authorized organization based on materials of check and other supporting documents.
