About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Supervision of the Market"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 25, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-323 "About supervision of the market" (further - the Law) after the words "sales" to add part 1 of article 1 of the Law of October 25, 2023 with words of "tourism".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 3 of the law with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) consideration of complex of the actions performed by authorized body in the cases established by the law for the purpose of prevention, identification of violations of the requirements established by the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Armenia and documents accepted according to international treaties of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 5 of the Law:

1) in Item 3 of part 2 to exclude the words "in the case established by the law "About Drugs and Psychotropic (Psychoactive) Substances"";

Part 3 to add 2) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) in the field of tourism concerning observance of the requirements established by the legislation".

Article 4. Add the law with Article 5.1 of the following content:

"Article 5.1. Monitoring realization

1. Monitoring is carried out based on the order of the head of authorized body in which are specified the name of the body performing monitoring, name, surname, position of person, performing monitoring, the monitoring purpose, the period and amount of case in point (according to the offenses established by the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses).

2. Monitoring is carried out without prior notice. The order on carrying out monitoring for the purpose of acquaintance is submitted to the head of observed business entity or person replacing it upon the demand of the last.
