About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. Part 10 of article 8 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-206 "About public service" (further - the Law) after the offer "The advisers appointed on the state basis, and authorized for diaspora are not officials" to add with the new offer of the following content: "The provisions stated in Chapters 5 and 6 of this Law and applicable to the advisers provided in part 3 of this Article are also applied to the advisers appointed on the state basis, except for regulations on requirements to incompatibility".

Article 2. In article 34 of the Law:
