About entering of amendments into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 60 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the code) with part 5 of the following content:

"The parcels of land specified in the documents on town planning and land management approved according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, in case of their exception of the list of the restrictions set by this Article in connection with change of their appointment or functional value (landscape), can be aloof according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, without entering of any changes into relevant decisions of the government about transfer of the parcels of land which are earlier belonging to the state to community on a grant basis, based on the reference issued by Chapter of community confirmatory that this parcel of land is not included into the list of the parcels of land established by this Article any more.".

Article 2. To add paragraph two of part 2 of article 87 of the Code after the words "target" with the words "or operational".

Article 3.

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. Operation of this law extends also to yet not the aloof parcels of land which target or operational purpose (landscape) was changed by town-planning and land management documentation to the introduction of this law in force.
