About modification and amendments in the Law "About Customs Regulation"

Article 1. In article 14 of the Law of September 14, 2022 No. ZR-353 "About customs regulation":

1) to state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. Procedure for issue of certificates of origin and conducting examination, requirements imposed to bodies of examination and also procedure for qualification and conducting examination of experts are established by the Government.";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. For the purpose of provision or replacement of the certificate of origin, its copy the state fee in the amount of, established by the law is collected.".

Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions.

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The order of the Government, stipulated in Item 1 article 1 of this law, is accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.

3. Regulation, stipulated in Item 2 articles 1 of this law, extends to the relations which arose after January 1, 2027.
