About procedure for return of the amounts from realization of the goods detained by customs authorities which storage durations expired

Based on the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" and item 4 of Article 311 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. In case of revenues to the account of customs authority of money from realization of the detained goods which storage durations expired (further - the detained goods), customs authority:

within five working days makes calculation of deduction amounts of import customs duties, taxes which would be subject to payment when placing such goods under customs regime of free circulation estimated on the date of their detention, expense recovery for transportation, storage and other expenses connected with realization of detainees of goods, and also the amounts which are subject to return (in the presence) and transfers the estimated amounts of the income of the republican budget. At the same time compensation amounts of expenses and subjects are listed to return by customs authority with indication of in settlement documents of payment code 04801 according to the classification of the income approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2007 No. 44 "About budget classification of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 95, 8/16182);
