About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Duties and Charges"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law of December 26, 1997 No. ZR-185 "About local duties and charges" (further - the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 13 of the word "in city settlements" "in the administrative territory of municipality";

To add 2) with Items 13.1-13.3 of the following content:

"13. 1) for receipt of permission to sale of pets;

13. 2) for permission to organization of events, exhibitions, tenders with participation of animals;

13. 3) for receipt of permissions to activities of nurseries and animals shelters;".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 13 of the word "in city settlements" "in the administrative territory of municipality";

To add 2) with Items 13.1-13.3 of the following content:

"13. 1) for permission to sale animal-twenty thousand dram for calendar year;

13. 2) for permission to organization of events, exhibitions, tenders with participation of animals - from twenty thousand to forty thousand dram for calendar year;

13. 3) for permissions to activities of nurseries and shelters for animal-fifty thousand dram for calendar year;".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
