About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. State part 2 of article 9 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"2. The requirement of integrity of legal documents does not extend on:

1) on structures (apartments, non-residential premises) which are in apartment houses (apartments, non-residential premises) which are earlier included in the state or municipal housing stock;

2) about state registration of the rights to fence or other partition which is common ownership of neighbors;

3) About state registration of the rights in the cases established by parts 9 and 12 of Article 224 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. To add article 24 of the law with parts 10-12 of the following content:

"10. After entry into force of the court resolution determined in part 9 of Article 224 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia corresponding state or the municipality of domicile represents it in electronic form to the State real estate register. If the become effective court resolution does not lead to the termination of the property right to the parcel of land or change of subject of the property right, then based on the statement of person having the property right to separate unit of the apartment house, the respective share in equity property on the parcel of land acquired by it by law is registered without collection of the additional charges for state registration provided by this Law.
