Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the code) with Article 47.37 of the following content:

"Article 47.37. Collection of the payment which is not provided by the law for the minimum amount or additional services in delivery of health care and servicing or refusal in provision of these services

1. Collection of the payment which is not provided by the law for the minimum amount or additional services in medical care and servicing or refusal in provision of these services in the presence of the agreement signed in the procedure established by the law by the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing medical care and servicing, or refusal in provision of these services:

attracts imposing of penalty for each case in the amount of hundredfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.

2. Repeated making of the act provided by this Article within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:

attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of, twice exceeding the penalty imposed for the previous case.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 230 of the Code after the words "47.34" with words ", 47.36 and 47. 37,".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of its official publication.
