About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Compensation of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About compensation of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law):

1) the subitem "an" after the words "that is" to add with words "the chairman of the Constitutional court, the vice-chairman and the judge,";

2) to exclude the words "for holding the posts of the chairman, the vice-chairman and the judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia" from the subitem "b".

Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:

To replace 1) regarding 1 word "surcharge" with the word "allowance";

To add 2) with part 2 following of content:

"2. The allowance in the second year of continuance in office in the amount of 20 percent, in the third year - in the amount of 35 percent, since fourth year, each next year in the amount of 10 percent more allowance, provided for previous year is paid to the chairman, the vice-chairman of the Constitutional court and the judge for working life in judgeship of the Constitutional court.".

Article 3. Final part and transitional provision

1. This law becomes effective from the 1st following behind day of official publication.

2. For calculation of the allowance established by part 2 of article 2 of this Law complete years of work in judgeship of the Constitutional court at the time of the introduction of this law in force are considered.
