Article 1. State article 3 of the Law of April 9, 2007 to No. ZR-172 "About the public and individual notification on the Internet" in the following edition:
"Article 3. The public notification through the website
1. In the cases established by the law or other regulatory legal act when the public notification is provided, the public notification shall be posted on the website.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
