About entering of amendments into the Law "About Foreigners"

Article 1. No. ZR-47 "About foreigners" (further - the Law) to add article 6 of the Law of December 25, 2006 with part 8 of the following content:
"8. The provisions established by this Article are not applied in case of entrance of the searched foreigner through check points through frontier of the Republic of Armenia without the valid passport, the entrance visa or the document confirming the right to accommodation. Specified persons cross frontier of the Republic of Armenia according to the letter issued to police of the Republic of Armenia by competent authority for issue to which the document constituted by police of the Republic of Armenia and containing the photo of the foreigner is attached.".
Article 2. To add article 12 of the law with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The provisions established by this Article are not applied in case of departure of the searched foreigner through check points through frontier of the Republic of Armenia without the valid passport, the entrance visa or the document confirming the right to accommodation. Specified persons cross frontier of the Republic of Armenia according to the letter issued to police of the Republic of Armenia by competent authority for issue to which the document constituted by police of the Republic of Armenia and containing the photo of the foreigner is attached.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
