About introduction of amendments to the Code of rail transport No. 19/2022 (joint financing of the sector of rail transport)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code of rail transport No. 19/2022 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 45-52, 57), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 3 to add 3) with Item n) the following content:

"n) approves procedure for maintaining registers of railway infrastructure, rail transport and specialists in the field of rail transport.".

2. In part (Article 4 of the word "and based on the provision approved by the Government" to exclude 7).

3. In part (1) Article 21:

in Item 6) words ". The size of insurance minimum is established by the Government depending on type of activity and the related risks" to exclude;

"(1-1) Government makes the decision on award of agreements on rendering public services in the direct way or by means of holding the auction.";

"(5) the Ministry awards agreements on rendering public services by means of holding the auction. The announcement of holding the auction is published in national and international web bulletins on purchases. In case of violations in rendering public services or in case of inevitable risk of emergence of violations in their rendering the Government makes the decision on procedure for award of the relevant agreements.";
