About modification of some regulations (suspension of registration of vehicles and professional training of transport drivers)

This law partially shifts Item e) Articles 2, part paragraph two (1) articles 3a of the Directive 1999/37/EU of Council of April 29, 1999 about registration documents on vehicles published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 138 of June 1, 1999, CELEX: 31999L0037.

Art. I. - In the Security act of traffic No. 131/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

"the driving instructor - the pedagogical personnel which are engaged in instruction of driving of vehicles - component of accredited programs of professional training of transport drivers, within organizations on training in the field of road transportation;";

"the teacher of road safety - the pedagogical personnel which are engaged in teaching profile course disciplines - components of accredited programs of professional training of transport drivers, within organizations on training in the field of road transportation;";
