About modification of some regulations (reduction of the legislation in compliance with provisions of the International Labor Organization Convention No. 156/1981)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Item c) parts (2) article 5 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: 2004, 247), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 42-44, in the following edition:
"c) the period in which insured person received temporary disability benefit, on motherhood, on paternity, on unemployment, on employment;".
Art. II. - In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To add Article 1 after the concept "worker" with concept of the following content:
"the worker with family obligations - the worker who performs duties on content, leaving, assistance or on financial support concerning one or several family members, including relatives on the ascending and descending lines, the spouse/spouse, persons with limited opportunities who are in its dependence and also relatives of the second degree of collateral consanguinity at the same time these obligations influence or can influence its professional activity;".
2. Part (2) articles 47 after words "residences", to add with words "family obligations,".
3. Part (6) articles 103 after words "Persons with the Heavy and Expressed Restriction of Opportunities", to add with the words "the single parents having children aged up to sixteen years".
Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective after three-months term from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to make to the regulations changes according to it.
