According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 71, of 73, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine of June 03, 2025 No. 4465-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of financial inklyuziya in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. The Section V of the Regulations on the organization and conducting inspection checks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 17, 2001 No. 276, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2001 at No. 703/5894 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 28, 2017 No. 145) (with changes), after Item 22 to add with new Item 22-1 of the following content:

"22-1. The basis for adoption by National Bank of the decision on conducting unscheduled inspection inspection of bank of financial inklyuziya, except the bases specified in Item 22 of the Section V of this provision identification when implementing permanent supervision of the facts which can witness about also is:
